He is probably one of the hottest artists in Virginia. The talk is about Vel, aka Mr. 7 cities from Chesapeake. He is BACK tho he was never left. The mixtape came out in the middle of january and right now, 8 months later he is much more known than he was back then. Yes, a lot of things happened since then: greenhitz, digiwaxx, apperiences on BET's 106 & Park and much more. Lite headed is probably the biggest track he did yet, at least he performed it on 106 & Park - there are not lots of artists that can say this about their singles.
